XST currently has 6 automated production lines, design. Production and testing are all done in-house, which not only ensures accurate performance of high-power waveguide loads, but also significantly reduces labour costs and improves production efficiency and product consistency. We continue to make improvements to our production processes to reduce scrap and rework in production, optimise inventory management and reduce non-productive time, thus increasing the operational efficiency of our production lines.
