We have our own metrics and requirements, can they be customised?

All microwave devices are available for OEM and ODM services, you can contact us for customised products at any time. From design, processing, assembly can be customised, we will try our best to meet your needs.
Is there a starting quantity? Can I buy samples first?

There is no minimum order, you can "send a message" to request a sample at any time.
How do I order?

A formal purchase order must be submitted in order for the plant to produce and ship the required items.
How are the prices set?

All our quotes are FOB Chengdu, China and do not include any shipping charges. All costs related to shipping will be borne by the customer and will be invoiced at the purchase price. Quotations are valid for 6 months.
What are the payment options?

At this time, please use your financial institution's wire transfer service.
New Customers: 50% deposit and the balance should be paid before shipment.
Existing customers: 30~60 days after providing invoice.
How do I track my logistics?

We can ship by courier such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, as well as by air and sea.
The Company reserves the right to choose the carrier if the customer has not specified the mode of shipment.
Regardless of the mode of transport, we will synchronise the logistics information in real time, and in the case of express transport, we will send you the tracking number immediately after delivery.
What is the guarantee after the sale?

1, contact us: explain that you received the goods have problems, and describe the specific problem.
2、Arrange one-on-one communication docking of technical personnel to assist in solving related technical problems.
3、Retain the relevant evidence: retain the relevant order information, invoices, receipts and photos of the goods, all goods must be returned with accessories in original packaging.
Remarks:
We offer a 3-year warranty on products sold for 3 years from the date of receipt.
Products returned to us within 3 years with original defects will be replaced, repaired or refunded.
We will pay for shipping costs incurred due to the original defect.
